To much money to pay
First time and already good at it
It’s good but the cost is a lot and my parents won’t let me pay for it
I was loving the app until I got to the fifth lesson and told me to pay by monthly.its ok I can pay and stuff but they didn’t even told use that we needed to pay.If we didn’t have to pay this would be the best app to learn!
I have reported ads maybe 20 times. Stop harassing.
I would plan on getting a different app because if you wanna unlock like a library or like do more songs and actually play the whole song you have to pay monthly about like $25 and yeah so I wouldn’t really get this app
Three lessons into using this app, and it stopped hearing my daughter’s piano. Now my daughter is frustrated and finds it difficult to wanna try the app. Not a good way to start.
Hee hee
Frozen 1and 2
I’ve done simply piano for probably 2 months and more and I think this is a great app to learn piano. I think many others will enjoy this app too. Also, it lets you play piano on the app if you don’t have a piano or keyboard around. Great app
I love the app but it is so expensive and I play the right notes but it says it is wrong and that’s it.
I thought it was awesome but when I was about to play the actual song it wanted me to pay: $35 a month and we don’t have that money! So that’s why I am giving it 3 stars.
please i don’t wanna pay
Ok so I downloaded this app thinking it was free WRONG you have to pay for it I was so dissatisfied. So just don’t download it.
When I first got this app I was really happy because I finally found a app that could teach me how to play the piano, so I started playing and adding an account then when I trying it out and going through the steps it stops me and tells me to subscribe to move forward and I tried to get out of it but it wouldn’t let me. I really don’t appreciate it . IF YOU OWNERS WANT A SUCCESSFUL APP THEN I SUGGEST YOU FIX THIS OTHERWISE YOU PROBABLY JUST LOST A LOT OF PEOPLE. 😡😠😔😞😠😠😠.!!!!!
As soon as you think you’re going to play with the track, it keeps stopping every time I’m playing
You need to go and look at your competitors. They have a pause and wait feature you can turn on so that you can slow down as a beginner and see and learn where the notes are. I as a beginner don’t have every note on the staff memorized. You letting me butcher the notes repeatedly and pat me on the back and tell me good job isn’t going to make me better. I’d also like to see a pianist playing some of these because me as a beginner I don’t know all of the correct fingerings or the proper way to transition to notes that are not in your 5 finger range on your hand. Also I would like a lot more and more variety of songs in your song library. All of the Legend of Zelda should all be there. The songs are in your competitors apps. Also some Led Zeppelin and other bands wouldn’t hurt. I paid almost $300 for a year of this. It costs way more than your competitors. So I do expect this app to be better than your competitors. I also think that some of the game-ified features from some of your competitors are cool like the guitar hero style of playing piano where the notes come down at you. Some of your competitors, they have sheet music, the guitar hero style, colored fingers and other ways to play that you can switch between. Having actual instructors with experience teaching certain parts of your curriculum would be nice too. Learning different styles pop, jazz, blues etc. Gamers will go to Yousician, people who want a larger song library and pause and wait will go to Flowkey, and people who want actual instruction will go to Musora/Pianote. Currently I’m using all of them, but would rather not have to bounce all over the place and get all of my piano learning in one place.
Good for learning
I downloaded this app years ago thinking that this would be a free app due to the name of the app, but I am absolutely not a beginner by any means. I took piano lessons for over 10 years, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I’ve forgotten some basic information (not everything, mind you). I was stunned to find that an app with such limited functionality would require this much money. Ugh.
I love this but don’t like how you can’t just go on without paying like I really wanna learn more but can’t pay
It really works I’m learning fast
24$ a MONTH?? That's absurd! And what if I cant play for a few months? I'm spending so much money even when I'm not playing! I love this app, but my goodness is that ridiculous. Otherwise great app, I loved learning the music and it was fun and easy. Please change the prices! You would get so many more subscribers!
Okay I mean sure, thinking about ads of course there’s going to be more. But when the adds make it seem like I can do all of this for free instead of paying half my health insurance is another thing. Make your money sure, but some-well nowadays most people can’t afford that. It’s a wonderful app, not that most who can’t even get past the “join the simply family” would know.
Me ayudó a aprender a hacer el piano
To play part of it you have to use money.
You get to do to songs and learn the notes then you have to buy something to continue.
Simply Piano is ridiculously overpriced. $30 a month for a year? That’s $360 just to learn piano from an app! There are far cheaper (and even free) alternatives out there that offer just as much, if not more. At this price, you could get lessons from a real teacher or buy a full online course that you own forever. Unless they seriously lower the cost, I can’t recommend it.
Not for free 👎
I’ve been using this app almost daily for 6 months now and have progressed very well. It makes me so happy to be able to learn this skill and now I enjoy it as one of my main hobbies!
Simply piano helps me learn and correct my notes' i can learn quickly and swiftly 🤪
I love this app and I hope I can get a grand piano someday. I love this app but I want to learn violin first. Great app if your kids want to learn piano. 5 stars
I don’t really like it but I do but it’s just that you have to buy member ship to start actually start learning songs i just don’t wanna waste money on the stupid game
💥💥💥🧨🧨🧨🌋🌋🌋
It’s good to learn but we have to pay money so nahh
I is helping me learn piano really fast and its really fun
I don’t usually write reviews but I had to say this, its terrible. I took piano lessons when I was younger and I decided to download this app. Little did I know the basic thing was 25 dollars a month. The app looks fun and looks like an easy way to learn piano. When I finished the beginner stuff and I was ready to play my first song it tried to make me pay that much. The app is terrible and I advise you do not get it.
Omg it’s better than all the adds a specially black blast
For 1 person it’s over $200 dollars per month I’d see why it would be $100 per month for 1 person but $200!? Come on simply lower the prices.
It started out good, I was so happy that I learned keys letter, c, d, e, f, and g! But then it told me to subscribe to simply... I was so sad and I know my parents would say no to this. They first told me to learn in YouTube but I didn't want to then I heard about this app! Now I don't know what to do, but I'm not hating I just wish there was a app for learning piano that was free. Because my dream was learning piano and violin. But it's great, I totally recommend if your willing to pay for it! Thx, that's all I have to say! 😅❤️🩹
I used to use this app a while back but now I switched to YouTube tutorials I learned multiple songs in 2 weeks and was doing much better without the app and in one month I could do full songs🤯
The left-hand arrangement is too monotonous, so it doesn't capture the feeling of the original song well.
when i said i was experienced, i meant NO PRACTICE it takes forever just to play one song
It’s been love hate for me. NEVER LEARNED SO MUCH ON AN INSTRUMENT!!! So thanks guys. But BIG critique: the percussion is barely audible, and the “timing” of the music is not synced, adding a significant barrier to the learning process. A good backing track should have easy to understand percussive beats, yet some have NO percussion, leaving you to other off tempo cues from the music of when to play. Second, the concept of foot tapping or basic following of rhythm isn’t introduced. When playing the Mozart Sonate 11 theme at 60%, this little bell sound in the backing track mirrors the exact same notes as the score, except it’s off by a few fractions of a second. So so so annoying! I feel like holding onto a good rhythm is harder just for these reasons. But I only say this because the app has been otherwise fantastic for my goal of reading sheet music, and I’d love to see it have all its corners covered as a learning tool.
I like using it for the first day until I had a subscribe and the ads said that I didn’t have to subscribe and it was completely free but I can’t get out of subscribe so I have to subscribe to play the piano to learn oh come on what I’m reading at five star Maybe if you guys maybe if I didn’t have to subscribe maybe I would actually keep playing still use your app
Needs more songs
This was helping me out with my keyboard skills tysm
ugh
In the ad it says you get awards but I don’t
This app is SO much less frustrating than trying to learn via You Tube. I had to look at y hands before and now I’m sight reading songs! It makes me feel accomplished and motivated to keep learning more. Thank you for making this app!!!!I really appreciate you guys for creating simpler piano!!!
